Union Bank Approves Cash Dividend

The Board of Directors of Union Bank of the Philippines (PSE: UBP) has approved the declaration of cash dividend of PhP2.50 per share in favor of all shareholders of the bank as of December 31, 2010.

The total cash dividend is equivalent to the amount of PhP1,603,556,050.00 (computed at PhP2.50 per share) based on stockholdings of the bank totaling 641,422,420.
