Cainta—(PHStocks)—During the year 2016, Sta. Lucia Land Inc. (PSE: SLI) has beefed up its project development pipeline by acquiring and partnering with landowners for properties totaling approximately 937 hectares.
The following are the areas:
1. NCR: 1.95 ha
2. CAR (Baguio): 0.98 ha
3. Region 1 (Pangasinan): 43.05 ha
4. Region 3 (Bulacan & Nueva Ecija): 29.36 ha
5. Region 4A (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal & Quezon): 325.34 ha
6. Region 4B (Palawan): 41.21 ha
7. Region 6 (Iloilo): 153.37 ha
8. Region 7 (Cebu): 7.43 ha
9. Region 9 (Zamboanga): 28.63 ha
10. Region 11 (Davao): 228.24 ha
11. Region 12 (General Santos): 9.56 ha
12. Region 18 (Silay City, Negros Occidental): 67.79 ha
Total: 936.91 ha
This is in line with SLI’s long term plan to increase its nationwide geographic depth and breadth in its residential, commercial and tourism portfolios. Majority of these properties are located in emerging cities adjacent to the Company’s existing projects where it has a presence for over 5 years.
