Sta. Lucia Land Cements 2016 Growth Expansion Plans

Rizal—(PHStocks)—During Sta. Lucia Land Inc.’s (PSE: SLI) board of directors’ meeting held today, the company has acquired 36 properties totaling 125.35 hectares in Batangas, Laguna, Palawan, Cebu, Iloilo and Zamboanga City.

SLI has also sealed over four joint venture agreements totaling 87.65 hectares in Palawan, Rizal, Antipolo City and Negros Occidental, Visayas.

This brings to a total of 1.824 million square meters of joint venture agreements and 2.212 million square meters of land acquisitions for year 2016 to date.
