SMDC Launches Green Residences

Pasay–(PHStocks)–SM Development Corporation (PSE: SMDC) recently launched its latest residential condominium project, Green Residences, during ceremonies held at the SMDC Grand Showroom inside the Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay City. Green Residences is the first SMDC project to be unveiled this year.

Conveniently located along Taft Avenue in Manila, Green Residences is a single-tower, 50- storey condominium that is very near major educational institutions in the city, such as the De La Salle University, College of St. Benilde, and St. Scholastica’s College, among others. It offers easy access to public transport for unit owners due to its proximity to the Vito Cruz and Quirino stations of the LRT (light railway transit). In addition, major commercial establishments like shopping malls and restaurants are within the vicinity of Green Residences.

Green Residences is SMDC’s newest project, which intends to serve the demand for first-rate homes within the area coming from thousands of students and their families. As in all other SMDC projects, Green Residences offers five-star quality homes in a prime location. The planned amenities of Green Residences include a library with Wi-Fi hotspots, a gym, a game room, function rooms, and a swimming pool. There will also be an SM SaveMore branch together with a selection of other shops and restaurants at the ground floor of the building.

The unit types available for Green Residences are studio suite and one-bedroom, either with or without a balcony. The estimated pre-selling prices for the units range from about Php1.5 million to Php3.5 million and unit sizes are approximately 15 to 35 square meters. Construction of Green Residences has already started late last year, and target completion is estimated to be by the first half of 2016.

Including Green Residences, SMDC currently has 15 residential projects under its SM Residences brand and two projects under the M Place brand.
