SM Investments Announces Additional Listing
Pasay–(PHStocks)–SM Investments Corp. (PSE: SM) has announced the additional listing of 21,337 common shares to cover the conversion of the Convertible Bonds issued to the Bondholders.
The listing is set for Friday, 17 February 2012. This brings the number of listed underlying SM common shares of the Convertible Bonds to 2,238,655 common shares.
