Prime Metroline Transit Acquires 60M Active Alliance Shares
Makati–(PHStocks)–The cross-transaction covering the sale of 60,000,000 shares in Active Alliance Inc. (PSE: AAI) by Wespac Holdings Incorporated, Kristoper G. Reyes, Patrick E. Villamor, Ariel R. Arriola, and Ypsilon Lake Corporation to Prime Metroline Transit Corporation took effect on January 26, 2012, through the facilities of the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) upon fulfillment of certain conditions to closing.
The 60,000,000 shares constitute 75% of the outstanding capital stock of AAI. The purchase price is PhP200,000,000.00.
