Philex Mining Declares Cash Dividend

Pasig–(PHStocks)–The Board of Directors of Philex Mining Corporation (PSE: PX) has approved the declaration of cash dividend of 42 centavos (PhP0.42) per share for stockholders of record as of 15 March 2012. The amount comprises 14 centavos (PhP0.14) per share regular dividend and 28 centavos (PhP0.28) per share special dividend for a full-year payout at 50%.

The payment date is set at 12 April 2012.
