PH Stocks Firming Up

Manila—(PHStocks)—Philippine stocks were up for the fourth straight session Monday, 10 February. The mainboard Philippine Stock Exchange index (PSEi) gained 0.52% or 31.11 points to close today’s trading at 6,042.25.

All indices except for the Property segment (-0.04%) were up, led by the Mining and Oil sector, which gained 1.4%. The Services sector went up by 1.1%, while the Holding Firms index rose by 0.77%.

Volume turnover reached 2.6 billion, valued at PhP5.96 billion. There were 82 gainers against 63 losers, while 46 stocks were flat.
