NextStage: Amendments to Articles of Incorporation
Pasig—(PHStocks)—The Board of Directors of NextStage Inc. (PSE: NXT) has approved the amendment of the Articles of Incorporation to extend the corporate life, increase the authorized capital stock, change the name of the Corporation and to change the principal office.
Among others, the name of the company is being changed to Jackstones Inc., and that the principal office will be established at Bonifacio Technology Center in BGC, Taguig City.
