Mercedita Nolledo Joins D&L Industries Board of Directors

Quezon City—(PHStocks)—D&L Industries Inc. (PSE: DNL) announced today that Mercedita S. Nolledo has been elected to its Board of Directors as Independent Director. A lawyer, a Certified Public Accountant, and a veteran corporate executive of the Ayala group of companies, she will serve in the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee. Her appointment was effective April 4, 2016.

Nolledo is Chairman of BPI Investment Management Inc. and Director of Xurpas Inc. (PSE: X), a Philippine-listed technology company. She likewise sits on the board of trustees of the Ayala Foundation Inc. and the BPI Foundation Inc.

Her other directorships include Ayala Automotive Holdings Corp., Ayala Land Commercial REIT Inc., Anvaya Cove Beach and Nature Club, Bank of the Philippine Islands (PSE: BPI), BPI Capital Corp., BPI Family Savings Bank, Honda Cars Cebu Inc., Honda Cars Makati Inc., Isuzu Automotive Dealership Inc., Isuzu Cebu Inc., Michigan Holdings Inc., and Prime Initiatives Inc.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Magna Cum Laude) and Bachelor of Laws (Cum Laude) from the University of the Philippines.

Nolledo will fill the vacancy left with the passing of Ambassador Cesar Bautista on 9 December 2015.
