Megawide Inks MOA with Philippine Skylanders
Megawide Construction Corp. (PSE: MWIDE) has entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Philippine Skylanders International (PSI) Inc. The MOA sets out the preliminary terms and conditions of Megawide and PSI in relation to the possible participation of Megawide for the engineering, procurement, and construction, and operation and maintenance of the Pasig River Expressway (PAREX) Project.
