Australian Anthony J. Bolzan took over as top honcho of 3M Philippines in August last year.
In the 15 months he has been here, Bolzan said he could consider his current managing director position of the 3M Group unit in the country as one of the life-changing instances in his life.
Thirty years ago he started out as a chemist for the company. Based on his CV (curriculum vitae), he has worked his way through various roles in the global conglomerate including technical and sales, and then manufacturing and business development for health care, consumer, and industrial businesses.
