Macay to Acquire Kitchen City
Macay Holdings Inc. (PSE: MACAY), parent company of RC Cola’s Philippine bottler ARC Refreshments Corp., has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of Artemisplus Express Inc., which operates under the trade name Kitchen City, at an estimated transaction value of P2 billion for 100% voting and control.
