LT Group Declares Special Cash Dividend

The board of directors of LT Group Inc. (PSE: LTG) approved the declaration and distribution of special cash dividend of P0.23 per share to all stockholders of record as of September 2, 2020. The special cash dividend is to be paid not later than September 8, 2020.
