Jollibee Announces Additional Listing
Jollibee Foods Corp. (PSE: JFC) has announced that an additional 18,000 common shares have been availed of and fully paid for under the Senior Management Stock Option Plan (MSOP) and Executive Long Term Incentive Program (ELTIP).
The listing of the additional common shares is set for Wednesday, March 16, 2011. This brings the total number of common shares listed under the MSOP and ELTIP to 16,160,906 common shares.
