Jollibee Announces Additional Listing
Jollibee Foods Corp. (PSE: JFC) has announced that an additional 8,667 common shares have been availed of and fully paid for under the company’s Senior Management Stock Option Plan (MSOP) and Executive Long Term Incentive Program (ELTIP).
In view thereof, the listing of the additional common shares is set for Wednesday, March 2, 2011. This brings the total number of common shares listed under the MSOP and ELTIP to 16,121,966 common shares.
