IP E-Game Ventures Invests in New Wave Capital Mining

On April 3, 2013, IP E-Game Ventures Inc. (PSE: EG) and New Wave Capital Mining Ltd have entered into a subscription agreement, whereby IP E-Game Ventures agreed to subscribe to an equity interest in New Wave Capital, a company duly organized under the laws of the British Virgin Islands, at a consideration of PhP2.5 billion.

Under the subscription agreement, the consideration will be paid upon the execution thereof.
