IP E-Game Ventures Board Approves Changing Company Name

Makati–(PHStocks)–The Board of Directors of IP E-Game Ventures Inc. (PSE: EG), the online gaming subsidiary of IPVG Corporation (PSE: IP), has approved the ammendment of the Article First of the company’s Articles of Incorporation regarding the change of the company’s name, in line with its aim to expand its business to include food and beverage, entertainment, hotel and leisure.

The Board will be holding a Special Stockholders’ Meeting on 22 March 2012 at 3:30pm. The Notice and information statement will shall be duly sent to stockholders prior to the special meeting. The Record Date for the purpose of determining stockholders entitled to Notice of and to Vote at the Special Stockholders’ Meeting is set at end of business hours of 23 February 2012.
