GT Capital Declares Cash Dividends

Makati—(PHStocks)—The Board of Directors of GT Capital Holdings Inc. (PSE: GTCAP) approved the declaration of a special cash dividend in the amount of PhP522.9 million, or PhP3.00 per share, in favor of GT Capital’s common stockholders of record as of 8 April 2016, payable on or before 4 May 2016.

The board has also approved the declaration of a regular cash dividend of PhP3.00 per share in favor of common stockholders of record as of 8 April 2016, payable on or before 4 May 2016.
