Bulacan–(PHStocks)–Greenergy Holdings Inc. (PSE: GREEN) has been fined by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) an amount of PhP57,000.00 for its alleged non-compliance with the financial reporting requirements of the Commission in relation to the Company’s 2013 Consolidated Audited Financial Statements.
The company will review the letter from SEC and determine the appropriate action to be taken on the matter.
