Makati—(PHStocks)—The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved Filipino Fund Inc.‘s (PSE: FFI) increase of Capital Stock from PhP78,951,850 divided into 78,951,850 shares with a par value of PhP1.00 each to PhP184,234,038.00 divided into 184,234,038 shares with a par value of PhP1.00 each.
