EEI Declares Cash Dividends

Quezon City—(PHStocks)—The board of directors of EEI Corp. (PSE: EEI) has approved the declaration of cash dividends of PhP0.10 per share to common stockholders of record as of 8 April 2016, payable on 29 April 2016.

The board has also approved cash dividends of PhP0.10 per share to be paid to common stockholders of record as of 1 September 2016, payable on 26 September 2016.
