EDC: Partial Re-commissioning of 235MW Malitbog Power Plant
Energy Development Corp. (PSE: EDC) has announced that it has now successfully energized one (1) unit with 75MW capacity of the Malitbog Power Plant.
The company was able to speed up the restoration process by utilizing existing spares available from its warehouse facilities and through the early deliveries from suppliers. EDC will now begin the reliability run and return to service of the mentioned 75MW unit of the Malitbog Power Plant in coordination with the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines.
