EDC Announces Schedule of Annual Stockholders’ Meeting

Pasig–(PHStocks)–Geothermal leader Energy Development Corporation (PSE: EDC) has announced that the annual stockholders’ meeting will be held on 9 May 2012, 10:00am, to align with the schedule of stockholders’ meetings of other companies within the Lopez group. The Record Date for the said meeting is 12 March 2012.

The meeting will be held at the Philippine Stock Exchange Auditorium, PSE Building, Exchange Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig.

The Board of Directors of EDC has approved an amendment to the By-laws to change the date of the annual stockholders’ meeting from second (2nd) Tuesday of June to the first (1st) Tuesday of March of each year.
