Digiwave Ups Stake in PHA to 11.54%
Pasig—(PHStocks)—A total of 500,000 additional shares of Premiere Horizon Alliance Corporation (PSE: PHA) have been purchased by its subsidiary Digiwave Solutions Inc. at an average price of PhP0.59 on 1 April 2015.
This brings the total shares purchased to 210,406,793—or 11.54% of Premiere Horizon’s total outstanding shares.
