DFNN Issuance of New Shares

Taguig—(PHStocks)—DFNN Inc.‘s (PSE: DFNN) Board of Directors has approved the listing with the Philippine Stock Exchange of the 126,740,432 newly issued shares—composed of 27,148,118 private placement shares, 91,284,732 shares issued out of the increase in the authorized capital stock and 8,307,582 additional private placement shares.
