Cosco Capital Acquires RFC Mall
Manila—(PHStocks)—Cosco Capital Inc. (PSE: COSCO), the retail holding company of Lucio L. Co, has acquired RFC Mall located along Alabang Zapote, Las Piñas City, with total lot area of around 7,600 sqm and gross floor area of around 23,000 sqm.
The newly acquired mall will add to the existing 35 properties of Cosco with a total GLA of around 343,000 sqm Cosco group expects to add to the programmed organic expansion of three community malls in the next one to two years.
