Century Properties to Develop Leisure, Resort Community Estate

Makati–(PHStocks)–Property developer and publicly-listed firm Century Properties Group Inc. (PSE:CPG) said its wholly-owned subsidiary Century Communities Corporation (CCC) entered into a Joint-Venture Agreement  (“JVA”)  by and among  Group Developers Inc., Caylaway Development Corporation and Batulao Bio-loop farms Inc. to develop a 142-ha prime land into a leisure and resort community estate for both the local and foreign markets.
