Century Properties Reports Strong Pre‐sales Uptake for Commonwealth Project
Makati—(PHStocks)—Century Properties Group Inc. (PSE: CPG) has reported the fast sales uptake of its units at the Residences at Commonwealth by Century, its first development for the affordable market located in Quezon City.
In a statement, Co‐Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director Marco R. Antonio said that the total cost of the project is expected to be PhP4 billion. Further, five out of eight towers have been made available for sale. Out of the total 1,515 units, 92% or 1,395 units have been pre‐sold since its launch in July 2012, which makes it Century’s faster selling project to date.
Antonio said that the Commonwealth project’s unique selling proposition of good location, well‐planned units and amenities offered at affordable prices attracted the market. He added that first time home owners who are in search of value‐for‐money homes starting at PhP2.5 million found the Commonwealth project a good purchase, especially with the new standard of quality living that it is introducing in Quezon City.
The Commonwealth by Century residential package includes livable unit layouts with extended balconies, unique amenities that encourage outdoor social interaction, a masterplanned community with open spaces, greenery and waterscapes; and round the clock safety and security systems.
Units come in suites and one‐bedroom configurations that range from 21 to 49 square meters. Larger‐cut 2‐bedroom units from 64 to 72 square meters are also available.
Reservation fee for a unit is PhP15,000 and monthly amortization is offered for as low as PhP8,000 a month for spacious apartments.
The Residences at Commonwealth by Century started pre‐selling in the third quarter of 2012 as the first development of Century Properties Group in the Quezon City area. The launch of the 4.4‐hectare mid‐rise community further expanded Century’s product line from the luxury and middle income segments to the affordable residential market.
