Belle Declares Cash Dividend

Pasay—(PHStocks)—Belle Corp.’s (PSE: BEL) Board of Directors approved during its meeting held on 29 February 2016 the declaration of a cash dividend of PhP0.095 per share, for a total dividend payment to its common shareholders of approximately PhP1.0 billion pesos. The dividend is payable on 29 March 2016 to shareholders of record as of 14 March 2016.
