BDO to Issue U.S. Dollar Denominated Fixed Rate Senior

Makati–(PHStocks)–BDO Unibank Inc. (PSE: BDO) announced a proposal to issue U.S. dollar denominated fixed rate senior notes (Senior Notes). These will represent direct, unsecured obligations of BDO. The Senior Notes will be sold through a bookbuilding process to both international and local investors under the Reg S format.

Proceeds of the Senior Notes are intended to be used by the Bank for general funding and relending purposes. UBS will act as Sole Bookrunner and Joint Lead Manager for the issue, with BDO Capital & Investment Corp. as Joint Lead Manager.
