BDO Declares Dividends

Makati—(PHStocks)—The Board of Directors of BDO Unibank Inc. (PSE: BDO), at its regular Board meeting last 28 May 2016, approved the declaration of cash dividends in the amount of PhP0.30 per common share or approximately PhP1.094 billion to be paid to all stockholders of record as of 15 June 2016 and payable on 27 June 2016.
