Bankard: Share Purchase Agreement Completion
Pasig—(PHStocks)—Bankard Inc. (PSE: BKD) has received information that Rizal Commercial Banking Corp. (PSE: RCB) and RCBC Capital Corp. jointly sold its 1,375,459,989 common shares of stock in the Corporation equivalent to 89.9% through a block sale last 27 December 2013 at an average price of PhP0.7961 per share in favor of Philippine Business Bank (PSE: PBB).
