Ayala Announces Additional Listing
Makati–(PHStocks)–Ayala Corp. (PSE: AC) has announced an additional listing of 484,918 common shares availed of and fully paid by the optionee/s under the Company’s ESOP/ESOWN yesterday, 7 February.
The listing is set for today, 8 February. This brings the number of common shares listed under the Company’s ESOP/ESOWN to a total of 3,065,255 common shares.
