Ayala Corp. (PSE: AC) has announced that an additional 84,287 common shares have been availed of and fully paid by the optionee/s under the company’s ESOP/ESOWN.
The listing of the additional 84,287 common shares is set for Monday, February 7, 2011. This brings the number of common shares listed under the Ayala’s ESOP/ESOWN to a total of 2,301,366 common shares.
