Atlas Announces Additional Listing
Atlas Consolidated Mining and Development Corp. (PSE: AT) has announced the listing of an additional 30,300,000 common shares, with a par value of PhP10.00 per share, to cover the private placement transaction with Abacus Securities Corp. (Abacus), at an issue price of P10.00 per share.
The listing of the additional common shares is set for Tuesday, March 8, 2011.
