Alliance Select Announces Additional Listing

Pasig–(PHStocks)–Alliance Select Foods International Inc. (PSE: FOOD) has announced the listing of 137,500,000 common shares, with a par value of  P1.00 per share, to cover its 15.78% stock dividend declaration to stockholders of record as of January 5, 2012, the payment of which is on January 26, 2012.

The additional listing is set for January 26, 2012.
