Alaska Milk Announces Additional Listing
Makati–(PHStocks)–Alaska Milk Corp. (PSE: AMC) has announced that an additional 10,000 common shares have been availed of and fully paid by the optionees under the Company’s Executive Employee Stock Option Plan (EESOP).
The listing of the additional common shares is set for Friday, 17 February 2012. This brings the number of common shares listed under the EESOP to a total of 11,834,000 common shares.
