AC Energy Declares Cash Dividends

The Board of Directors of AC Energy Philippines Inc. (PSE: ACEN) approved the declaration of cash dividends of four centavos (P0.04) per share on the 13,692,457,210 issued and outstanding shares of the company, or a total dividend amount of P547,698,288.00, to be paid on 17 September 2020 to the shareholders on record as of 3 September 2020.
